AURIX · Important information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your data is handled when you browse AURIX or contact us, and the third-party services the site relies on.

Last updated:

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the AURIX website and its contact page. You can view metal prices and articles and use the gold calculator without creating an account. The calculator does not ask for your name or email, and the contact form does not send your data to the metal price providers.

2. Data you provide when contacting us

When you submit the "Contact us" form, we process your name, email, subject, and message text to verify the request, deliver it to the AURIX team, and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information that is not necessary in your message.

The time you start filling the form and a submission identifier, together with a dedicated anti-bot field, are used to reduce spam and prevent duplicate submissions. Your internet (IP) address is used to limit the number of requests on the server; this limit is not a tool for analyzing browsing behavior.

3. Email processing via Lovable Cloud

Messages are sent from our server through the outbound email service in Lovable Cloud, under the name AURIX and from the address notify@aurixsaudi.com. The notification email to the AURIX team includes the form data and message text, and its recipient is fixed: alalalia971@gmail.com. Your email, after format validation, is added as the reply-to address on the team notification to make it easier to respond to you.

After the notification is sent successfully, the site attempts to send a confirmation to your email, including your name and the subject of your request, without repeating your full message text. Delivery restrictions or spam filtering may prevent this confirmation from arriving.

Lovable Cloud, the email delivery providers, and Google as the Gmail inbox provider process the message data necessary for sending and receiving it, in accordance with their own policies. These confirmation emails are not used to subscribe you to any marketing list.

4. Data retention and technical logs

The current contact form does not store your messages in a dedicated site database; however, they may remain in the mailbox and in the sending service's logs. Rate-limiting data is kept in server memory, not in a permanent database, and the length of the rate-limit window is not a promise to delete all technical logs.

Hosting and email delivery services may process operational information such as IP address, request time, delivery status, and errors to operate and protect the service. We do not specify here a single uniform retention period for these services or an exclusive location for data processing; the details are governed by each provider's own settings and policies. You can contact us regarding the data contained in your correspondence.

5. Cookies and analytics

There is currently no Google Analytics tool added to AURIX pages, and we do not use a dedicated visitor-behavior analytics tool in the site's current functionality. This does not mean that third-party services do not process technical data when their resources are loaded.

The pages use fonts hosted by Google, and carry Google AdSense code for site verification. Loading these resources results in connections to Google services that may include technical information such as IP address and browser data, and the processing of this information is governed by Google's policy. We do not guarantee the absence of cookies simply because no ads are displayed.

You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings, and block third-party resources if you wish, though some display elements or services may be affected as a result.

6. Google AdSense if advertising is enabled

The AdSense code is present for site verification, and no ad units have been added in AURIX's current setup. If ad display is enabled later, Google and other ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud; personalized ads may be based on your visits to this site or other sites, depending on the applicable settings and consents.

You can review how Google uses information in advertising and manage ad personalization from the Google Ad Center. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove all ads or all technical cookies.

7. Third-party services and links

AURIX relies on third-party services for hosting, email, fonts, and market data, and on Google for advertising once enabled. These parties handle the data they receive under their own policies; the presence of an external link does not give AURIX control over the linked site's practices.

For more information, see the Lovable Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Contact form data is not sent to the price provider for the purpose of obtaining gold or silver prices.

8. Security and your choices

Input is validated on the server, basic measures are applied to limit automated and duplicate submissions, and service keys and credentials remain on the server. No means of transmission or storage is entirely free of risk.

You may request clarification about, correction of, or deletion of the copies of your correspondence held by the AURIX team, where deletion is possible. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and copies held by service providers may be subject to their own policies and retention requirements; this policy is not a promise of immediate deletion from all systems.

9. Privacy questions

To ask about this policy or your data, use the Contact us page and write "Privacy inquiry" in the subject, or email the AURIX team directly at alalalia971@gmail.com. Please send only the details necessary to understand your request.

10. Updates to this policy

This page is updated whenever the site's practices or services change, and the update date is shown at the top of the page. This policy describes AURIX's current practices and does not constitute a certification of legal compliance or a guarantee of third parties' practices.
